Who receives the 30-day free trial?
Only new public signups. Existing accounts are not automatically expired or given a new trial; Admin assigns their plan and validity manually.
Are Manager and User limits per business?
No. The Business Plan has no Manager or User seats. Enterprise includes 1 Manager and 2 Users combined across the entire Business Owner account.
How do payment and renewal work?
Choose a plan, pay manually using the bank details in Subscription, then submit the amount, payment date, UTR and screenshot. Admin verifies the payment. Approval creates an invoice/receipt and extends your annual validity.
What happens if a subscription expires?
You can still open Overview, Account and Subscription to renew. Paid plans show Amount Due from 60 days before expiry; the free trial shows a daily upgrade reminder. After 60 days without renewal, the account is scheduled for deletion; permanent deletion requires Admin confirmation and a backup.
